Jeff Feagles to Announce Retirement

Jeff Feagles, The New York Giants 44 year old punter, will announce his retirement on Friday. After 22 years and 352 consecutive regular-season games, he has finally decided to hang up his helmet. Before the the Giants drafter punter Matt Dodge, Feagles informed the team that his body wasn't responding to offseason workouts as he hoped and they should start preparing for a future without him. As a Giants fan, I say Kudos to Jeff for not only all of the great seasons he gave us, but for putting his pride aside and making on honest assessment of his health for the good of himself and the team.
