Hixon Injured

Wide receiver/kick returner Domenik Hixon injured his right knee at New York Giants practice yesterday. Hixon caught hi foot in the turf at the new $1.7 billion stadium and twisted his knee. There were over 7,000 fans watching the open practice at the time of Hixon's injury. Hixon was able to walk off the field and later returned to the sidelines. He was seen jogging in the locker room after practice and was not limping. All signs point to a benign injury.
